Bridgeway Accepts Insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check or Cash Payments
Insurance Payments:
For your convenience, payment may be made through your insurance policy.  Please have a copy of your insurance card on hand when arriving for your initial visit and we will file your claim for you.  In addition, please pay your co-pay at the time of visit by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover Credit Card.  You may want to contact your insurance policy about your coverage, look on the back of your insurance card for the phone number to call.   Here are some questions that you may want to ask:
  • Do I have Mental Health Insurance Benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary healthcare physician?

Payments made by Credit Card, Cash or Check:
Payment for all services may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card, cash or check. No filing of claims or documents will need to be made.  All payment will be private between you and Bridgeway.    
Regardless of payment, our desire is for you to achieve our best care so that you are crossing the bridge to a full and better life.  Please call us if you have any questions regarding fee arrangements or payment plans.  
Cancellations and "No-Shows"
Unless an emergency, please give a 24 hour notice if you must cancel your appointment.  Each appointment on average is 45 minutes to an hour. Those with Testing or Evaluation Appointments may be up to three hours.  It is so important for you to attend your appointment for your care.  Our providers desire to help you and others live a healthy and full life.  When you give advance notice of a cancellation our providers are free to help another individual.  Please call ahead at least 24 hours in advance if you must reschedule.  If you have a recurring habit of not showing for your appointments we will bill you for the time the provider set aside for you.
